We also provide bill pay and monthly internal financial statements (on a cash or accrual basis). We work with Intuit QuickBooks ® Online to make it easier for you to access your financial information at any time.

Summit Tax Solutions also provides full-service payroll through Intuit QuickBooks ® Online. We will gather the necessary payroll forms and direct deposit from you for each employee and make sure your employees are paid timely and securely. We will also keep the necessary payroll records and provide to you and requested payroll reports.

Bookkeeping Pricing

 We partner with Intuit QuickBooks ® Online to provide bookkeeping services for our small business tax services. To take advantage of this service, you must have a subscription to QuickBooks ® Online. If you do not have a subscription, we can help you get one and set-up your books. This is the best software provided by QuickBooks ® that allows you or us to access your company’s books from any computer or mobile device. Pricing varies for QuickBooks ® subscriptions. We can save you money by utilizing our access to QuickBooks ® Online.

  • $95/Hour for basic bookkeeping services (recording journal entries, bank transactions, credit cards, bank reconciliations, bill recoding, bill pay, asset recording, liability recording, corporation equity reconciliations, capital reconciliations and monthly financial statement preparation).

  • Initial QuickBooks ® Online Set-Up Fee

    - $150, plus $75/Hour for Chart-of-Accounts set-up.

  • Conversion to QuickBooks ® Online from QuickBooks ® Desktop version

    - $250, plus $75/Hour for travel fees to your business

  • Conversion to QuickBooks ® Online from another bookkeeping software

    - $450, plus $75/Hour for travel fees to your business

Payroll Pricing

We partner with Intuit QuickBooks ® Online to provide payroll services for our clients. To take advantage of this service, you must have a subscription to QuickBooks ® Online. This is the best software provided by QuickBooks ® that allows you or us to access your company’s books from any computer or mobile device. Pricing varies from $59/month for basic packages to $99/month for advanced features. QuickBooks ® also charges a per employee fee (between $2 and $5) for payroll.

  • $90 Per Payroll Service (Up To 5 Employees)

  • $140 Per Payroll Service (Up to 10 Employees)

  • $190 Per Payroll Service (Up to 15 Employees)

    - $5 Per Additional Employee

  • Initial Payroll Set-Up

    - $225

AND

  • $125 Per Quarter for Submitting Quarterly Payroll Taxes and Forms (Including Form 941 and the State Equivalent)

AND

  • $175 Per Year for Submitting Annual Payroll Taxes and Forms (Including Forms W-2, W-3, 940 and the State Equivalent)
